As a Senior UX/Product Designer, I focus on turning complex requirements into experiences that are easy to understand and use, balancing user needs with real business goals. My work spans enterprise platforms and AI-driven products, where clarity isn’t a nice-to-have; it’s essential.
I collaborate closely with product and engineering to design solutions that are practical, scalable, and built to last. From structuring information to defining interaction patterns, I bring a systems mindset to create consistency across complex environments.
My background in healthcare shaped how I approach design: with deep listening, calm problem-solving, and strong advocacy for the user. It’s where I learned that behind every system is a person trying to make sense of it.
Most recently, I worked on a high-traffic platform with 12M+ monthly visits, designing scalable patterns, improving usability and accessibility, and partnering across teams to deliver meaningful improvements at scale.
